Annual Bash Vendor Registration - June 21, 9am-1pm

Thank you for your interest in participating in our event. We are excited to have you join us! To complete the registration process, please provide the information requested below.

VENDORS: Please note that all information and products must be kid and family-friendly. We may reach out to inquire about your product or information, and if we find it to be inappropriate for our event, we will notify you at that time. Vendors are also required to stay for the length of the event, with no early teardown. Thank you for your understanding.




The vendor entry fee is $25/spot. This fee is required at least one week in advance and is non-refundable. Please select your payment method below: 

For Cash or Check Drop Off: Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 3pm.
Please do NOT mail cash.

To Mail a Check: Checks can be made payable to "Hilltop Community Church" and sent to our office at 202 West Butler Street, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065

If Paying Online: We encourage online payments go through our official website:                     www.hilltopccmhs.com/give
When making online payments, please ensure to denote "vendor fee" in the memo section of the online giving form.
