Mark and Samantha Browning
Lead Pastors
Pastor Mark and Pastor Samantha moved to Mechanicsburg, PA in September of 2019 to attend Global Awakening's School of Supernatural Ministry (GSSM). After completing 2 years at GSSM, Pastor Samantha and Pastor Mark founded Kingdom Life Unlocked, a ministry focused on seeing the power of God unlocked in every one they meet through love and compassion. In April of 2022, both Pastor Mark and Pastor Samantha were licensed as Itinerant Ministers within the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening (ANGA) and started pastoring at Hilltop Community Church in September 2023.
Pastors serve as Growth & Connect Chair and Worship Chair members.
As Growth & Connect Chair, our pastors are responsible for encouraging and inspiring personal growth in each church member as well as engaging the surrounding community through outreach, events, gatherings, and more. These team members work closely with the Council as a whole to encourage community involvement, meeting the needs of those around us, and to develop disciples on a regular basis.
As Worship Chair, our pastors are responsible for the spiritual growth and development of our church community. This includes overseeing regular services, special services, conferences, bible studies, kids ministry, and worship music ministry. These team members also manage the delegation of tasks to congregational members according to each one's gifts and abilities, following the lead of the Holy Spirit.

Sharon McKee
Council Chairperson
Council Chair is responsible for leading the Council in achieving the goals of the church and overseeing Council actions to their completion. This team leader also heads the monthly Council meetings, including creating Council meeting agendas. The Council Chair consults regularly with the Pastor(s) to ensure open communication regarding key tasks.
Robbie March
Council Secretary
Council Secretary is responsible for creating and keeping written record/minutes of the events (i.e. topics discussed, actions taken, etc.) of each Council meeting as well as any special council or congregation meetings. This team member then makes the minutes available to the Council and congregation.
Jody Kutz
Communications Chair
Communications Chair is the primary communicator not only within the church but also to the surrounding community. This team leader is responsible for management of church social media, outreach advertising, and bi-monthly newsletters.
Kevin Neff
Facilities Chair
Facilities Chair is responsible for addressing any issues, concerns or updates for the church building and surrounding grounds. This team leader is responsible for coordinating with in house personnel and outside contractors on a job-by-job basis. This team leader is vital to guiding the church community in stewarding, caring for, and keeping the physical property in the best shape, recognizing our gathering space as a gift from the Lord.

Finance Chair
Finance Chair is responsible for capturing and communicating the Lord's financial vision and direction for our church community. This team leader oversees the Treasurer, Stewardship Coordinator, Auditors, and Financial Secretary.
Gene Weaver
Member at Large (and Treasurer)
Member at Large stands as an advocate for the church community and is responsible for communicating their feedback, concerns, desires, and requests to the Leadership Council.
Treasurer is responsible for handling the day-to-day financial transactions for the church. This staff member works closely with, and reports to, the Finance Chair to see our vision and direction carried out in each financial decision.

Connie Barr
Personnel Chair
Personnel Chair stands as an advocate for each staff and leadership member. This team leader is responsible for communicating any issues that may occur between staff and leadership members, the pastor(s) and congregation, etc. in a confidential and graceful manner. They also assign liaisons from the council to connect with staff members of the church and report anything that needs to be addressed by the Council as well as ensuring completion of annual reports (according to the former SPPRC schedule) including, but not limited to: evaluations of church staff, Pastoral recommendation letter, and budget submittal of the Daycare/Preschool, etc.
Mary Vooys
Serve Chair
Serve Chair oversees the mission work of the church. This team leader reports helpful input offered by their team, to the council, and oversees any necessary implementation. Serve Chair is vital in keeping the Great Commission in mind, calling the church community to both "Go and Make Disciples" and support those who are actively doing so, including determining our Mission of the Month ministries. They are attentive to hands-on mission opportunities and are responsible for communicating this information to the church body.
